Information we collect

When you place an order or create an account, the store may collect your name, email, telephone number, billing and delivery addresses, order details and account credentials. When you contact us, we receive the information you include in your message.

The site also uses essential technical information such as session identifiers, security logs, browser type and IP address to keep checkout, accounts and carts working safely.

How we use information

We use customer information to process and deliver orders, provide account features, answer questions, prevent fraud, keep business records and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.

Marketing email is optional and separate from checkout. The current newsletter interface does not submit or store an address until a subscription provider is configured.

Service providers

We share only what is needed with providers that help operate the store—for example payment processing, hosting, email and delivery. Stripe processes payment information under its own privacy terms; IkatHouse does not store complete card numbers.

Retention and your choices

Order and transaction records are retained for the period needed for fulfillment, support, accounting, fraud prevention and legal requirements. Account and contact information should be deleted or corrected when it is no longer needed, subject to required business records.

You may ask to access, correct or delete information associated with you. Some records may need to be kept where law or legitimate transaction records require it.
