The current store ships within the United States. Every order is checked and packed by a small team before it leaves us.
Free standard US shipping begins at $150. Below that, shipping is a flat $12.

Returns
Start with an email
Contact hello@ikathouse.com within 14 days of delivery before sending an item back. Include your order number and the reason for return.
Eligible pieces must be unused, unwashed, unaltered and returned with their original packaging. Original shipping charges are not refundable.
Exceptions
Custom cuts are final sale
Fabric cut to a requested length, customized work and items marked final sale cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
If something arrives damaged, photograph the parcel and item and contact us within 48 hours. We will make the next step clear.
