Using the store

You may use this site to learn about IkatHouse and purchase products for lawful personal or business purposes. Do not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access or use its content to misrepresent a product or maker.

Products and orders

Handmade products naturally vary in color, alignment, weave and scale. We describe and photograph pieces as accurately as practical, but screens also display color differently.

An order is accepted when payment is confirmed and IkatHouse sends an order confirmation. We may cancel and refund an order if an item is unavailable, pricing is clearly erroneous or fraud checks cannot be completed.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars unless the store states otherwise. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. Taxes, duties or other charges are displayed or handled as required for the delivery destination.

Delivery and returns

Current shipping rates and return conditions are set out on the Shipping & Returns page. Fabric cut to a requested length and customized work are final sale except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Site content

Text, photography, illustrations and the IkatHouse identity may not be copied for commercial use without permission. Cultural and historical information is provided in good faith for general education, not as a claim of ownership over the ikat tradition.
